New Maintenance Facility for the Illinois Tollway project, completed in 2015 with F H Paschen Construction.

This Facility is located at the I-294 interchange at Cicero Avenue and 127th Street in Alsip.  It is a state of the art Facility featuring several buildings in addition to the main building.  It Spans over a 9.75 acre site.  The 88,000 square foot main building provides Mechanical truck bays, Staff support, State police support area, Radio support building and antenna tower, fuel pumps, Salt Dome and a future Truck wash building.  The Main building is equipped with a large Photovoltaic system, 2 emergency generators, UPS system, state of the art lighting and lighting controls, sound, CCTV, Voice data, Access Control, fire alarm and more. Total Value of the electrical contract is approximately 4 million dollars.
